With the following conditions:

1. Only valid for the types specified above.
2. Bed sets, divans, and headboards are eligible for a 35% + 10% discount.
3. Nightstands and benches are eligible for a 35% + 10% discount.
4. Special promotion for size upgrades:
   a. Purchases of a 120-size mattress are subject to the price of a 100-size mattress.
   b. Purchases of a 180-size mattress are subject to the price of a 160-size mattress.
   c. Purchases of a 200-size mattress are subject to the price of a 180-size mattress.
   d. Not applicable to purchases of special mattress sizes 200x200 and above, only the 35% + 10% discount   
      is available.
   e. Discounts of 35% + 10% apply for sizes 100 and 160.
